What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated October 21, 2026.
The short version
This site collects very little. If you send a message, we use it to reply to you. We do not run advertising, we do not use analytics or tracking cookies, and we do not sell your information.
Who we are
This is the website of Shaini Willis, a real estate professional with Stellar Realty Northwest, 109 NW Greenwood Avenue, Suite 105, Bend, Oregon. In this policy, “we” means Shaini Willis.
What we collect
- Messages you send. If you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number, topic and message you type. The form is sent to Shaini’s email inbox. We do not keep it in a separate database on this site.
- Technical information. Like any website, the service that delivers this site (Cloudflare) sees your IP address and basic browser details when your device asks for a page. This is needed to show you the site and to protect it from abuse.
- Fonts. The site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details when a page loads. Google’s privacy policy explains how it handles that.
- Nothing else. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. A sign-in cookie exists only on the private page used to update listings, and visitors never receive it.
How we use it
To answer your message, to follow up on your inquiry, and to keep the site working. If you give a phone number and agree on the form, Shaini may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Who sees it
Shaini, and anyone she works with to handle your inquiry, such as her brokerage. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only if the law requires, or to handle a real estate transaction you have asked us to help with.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, including Shaini’s home search and valuation tool (run on her brokerage’s platform), Zillow, her Facebook and Instagram pages, and photographers’ pages. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and they may ask for more information than this site does. When you use the home search or the valuation tool, you are on those sites, not this one.
How long we keep it
Messages stay in Shaini’s email for as long as they are useful for your inquiry or required for her records, and then are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, such as in California or Oregon. Use the contact form and say what you need. We will reply as soon as we can.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Using this site
Information on this site is general, may change, and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Listing details come from the listing data available to us and are believed to be reliable, but they are not guaranteed. Always confirm details before you make a decision. Listing and search pages on Shaini’s home search site carry the full MLS notice.
Changes
If we change how this site handles information, such as adding analytics, we will update this page and its date.
